Fried sesame chicken breasts with Asian style sauce.
The chicken pieces are soft inside and crispy outside. The sauce is sticky, sweet and slightly spicy. Big hit!

Ingredients
2 boneless skinless chicken breats cut into bite-sized pieces. If the chicken breasts are small, use three.weight:~ 26,5 oz/750 g
2large eggs
6tbspwheat flour
1tspsweet paprika powderor hot paprika powder
1tbspwhite sesame seedsor black sesame seeds
fresh cut chivesoptional
4 tbspsoy sauce
3cloves of garlic
4tbspsweet chili sauce
1tbspfreshly squazeed lemon juice
4 tbspketchup
4tbspliquid honey
1tbspwhite sugar
1 tbspoil (for the sauce)most preferably sesame oil, but it can be vegetable oil
plus vegetable oilfor frying
Instructions
Cut the boneless and skinless chicken breasts into small pieces, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Dip each piece of chicken into the eggs, then gently and thoroughly coat them in flour.
Hit oil over medium heat. Oil must be hot very! Carefully place the chicken pieces in the pan and fry for a few minutes until brown and crispy. The fat should come about halfway up the food. . Turn the chicken pieces once during frying. They need to be fried on both sides.Carefully remove the fried meat from the pan and place it on a paper towel.
Mix all the ingredients for the sauce. You have to mix soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, liquid honey, ketchup, sugar, oil (1 tbsp), diced garlic cloves, and lemon juice.
Pour the sauce into the pan (use the same pan). Gently stir the sauce. When the sauce boils, add the chicken pieces. Mix everything so that the sauce coats the chicken pieces thoroughly. Fry for about 2 more minutes. At the end you can add freshly cut chives.
You can serve sesame chicken with any asian noodles or rice. I recommend the rice noodles. Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions and mix with the chicken pieces.
